When planning a vacation, I always seem to follow the same pattern.  Book the lodging, flight and rental car or even better a specialized Jeep. But there is so much more to the journey.  Where to go?  What to do?  Where to eat? Etc.  We pride ourselves on providing as much information as possible to help aid our customers to ensure they have the best time possible.  From providing maps, routes and places to stop and take photos.  So for anyone out there planning a trip to Crested Butte or Gunnison, take a look at this great article from The Denver Gazette:

Paradise is Open for Business!

Well it has surely been a wet and wacky spring up here in the high country.  Luckily warm weather and plenty of sunshine, just what we’re used to this time of year, has arrived.  Access too many of the amazing hiking and mtn. biking trails is open and specifically access to the Paradise Divide and Schofield Pass is open on the Crested Butte side to Jeeps.  Oh yeah and the wildflowers have just starting to pop, making our little piece of paradise open for business.
